Works wonders on ceramic tile. Does well on bathrooms, around tight spaces that are difficult to clean. It does take a lot of time initially to clean but shouldn't to maintain. I didn't have much luck on cleaning my hub caps on the car. It just seemed to move the grease around. The brushes don't last very long but the machine itself is sturdy.
Bottom line: It's not a miracle worker but it does work on regular every day cleaning. I am rating this 3 stars, doesn't mean i don't like it, just not everything i was hoping it would do.

I purchased this to clean my grout. All I can say is WOW! My floor has never been so clean. I spent about 5 minutes on each square because I had so much ground in dirt. Then I had to wipe it with a cloth. It took a long time because it was so dirty. The second time I cleaned the floors, it took less than an hour because the dirt was not so ground in. I gave this product only 4 stars because I tried to clean my stove that is white, but looks black from all the stains. The steamer did NOT clean this. Maybe it is not as powerful to clean such a mess. In all, I would definitely recommend this steamer if you want excellent cleaning with no chemicals.Customer Review: Awesome Product

I just got this steam cleaner last week. I wanted to clean without chemical cleaners and I wanted to clean up built up dirt. I had looked at similar products that were less expensive, but I chose this one after reading review. The McCulloch MC-1275 Heavy Duty Steam Cleaner is the best purchase I have made in years. I have gotten soap scum off that not cleaner would get off. I have cleaned my floors and they sparkle. Appliances are sparkling. My washer had a scuff that has been there for 8 years and now it is gone. I like that you don't need a special towel to do the floor it is easy to find towels to clip on the floor attachment. I have gotten grease off of my oven that has been there for year. I am having a blast cleaning everything.Customer Review: Awesome!

I had a steamer for several years but it broke so I took some time to research and decided on the McCulloch MC1275. This little machine is awesome! The larger tank, longer electrical cord, and the longer hose is great. The larger tank allows the unit to go for at least an hour at full blast and with the wheels I can get every where. I do my tile floors, every inch of my bathroom, windows, even my walls. I don't know what they mean about a storage area for all the attachments tho, it came with a lot! I purchased the McCulloch steam cleaner after reading the Amazon reviews.
It has lots of little attachments and I thought it would be difficult to assemble but it was very easy and took just minutes. I mainly wanted to use this in the bathrooms but found all kinds of things that it is perfect for. First, the bathrooms. I started with the shower and found that it blasted away years of gunk in the grout that I never could get clean with chemical cleaners.I also used it on the glass shower door which was pretty effective. I think I like it the most for the toilet. You really feel like it is disinfecting and the porcelain just shines. My husband must do a little dance everytime he pees so needless to say I was impressed with how it gets all the little areas under the seat. The floors were next and with a quick change to the floor attachment I was in business. It was perfect. I also used it on my sealed hardwood floors and they look great.
I agree with the other reviewers that the steam action is very loud so I just popped in my iPod earbuds and was all set. I have not found any negatives about the unit so far. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who is looking for that deep cleaning and sanitizing without using any chemicals. You don't get that nice fresh scent like you do if you use your Clorox but I sure feel better putting my butt down on that wonderfully disinfected toilet seat.
