McCullock should be embarrased at the performance of this "thing" on what & where the hell did they test it to call it a steamer??? This is not a steamer, this is a sputtering "bright yellow hot water container" that should give anyone an idea of the level of quality put into this thing. If your need or project calls for a steamer, keep this one out of your house/garage.Customer Review: Broke after two uses

I was excited about receiving this steam cleaner and to be honest, it did a great job the first time I used it. I used it for the second time (one month after purchasing the item) and again, it was working well and doing a good job cleaning a stove, until it just stopped. I waited for it to cool down, checked water (plenty left). Checked power to outlet (maybe a fuse blew? - No), and my husband tested the plug itself to see if it had power (it did), but the unit will not work. Now I have to try and contact McCulloch, send the unit back and wait for a repair or replacement. I am not pleased.Customer Review: Did not successfully clean mildew on shower grout

I was optimistic that this product would be able to clean the mildew on my shower grout, but it did not. I guess maybe the steam is not hot enough. There are more expensive machines, called vapor steam cleaners that claim hotter temperatures that might do better, but I'm not sure.Customer Review: Don't waste your time and money

Hoping to eliminate the use of solvents and cleaners, I tried this unit on a number of projects and found it to be inadequate in all. For grout cleaning, stick to a brush and tile cleaner. For de-greasing kitchen surfaces and road grime from car wheels, Simple Green used with the appropriate brush is more affective. Bathroom surfaces are unscathed by this powerless steam cleaner. For germ defense a 10:1 water and bleach solution is the better alternative. The housing and attachments seem sturdy and its a nice color. Maybe its a nice *lemon* yellow for a reason..Customer Review: Excellent

This is the machine to buy at a great price. Free shipping was the buying factor that pushed me to buy it. I hate getting into toilets and this made it easy for cleaning. Cleans up the floor around the toilet extra clean as well. I sprayed the toilet seat over and under and around and cleaned it better then new. The rim inside and outside is so easy with the spray nozzle and it does it so fast with hot steam that you can smell and see the clean after just a few seconds. I will never do without one of these again. This is my first and I was just being cheap by not buying one sooner. I don't know about the rest of the name brands but this one stands up very well so far. Hope this helps out cause I am now becoming a steam nut for cleaning. When you need something clean, steam is the only way to clean quickly and without chemicals.
