I shopped around for leather furniture in the NY Metro area (even at so called discount stores) and found thier prices to be too high. I ordered the sofa and loveseat at a great price. The color is a couple shades darker than the picture but the quality of the leather is nice. The seat cushions are sewn to the frame which is great because I have two childen who used my previous cushions for all sorts of things. The legs screw in, I chipped a piece of wood of one of the back legs so be careful when putting on the legs. Customer service is hard to get in touch with over the phone sometimes, but once you do they do everything in their power to assist you with any problem you may have. It's best to contact them via email. Order the furniture early if you do not live on the west coast as my delivery time was delayed but only by one week. Be sure to have someone strong at home to help you move the furniture in your home. Overall I am extemely pleased with the furniture, the customer service and would recommend this particular set to everyone.
