Product was ordered February 15th, 2010 and did not receive the product until April 5th. People do not know how to take instructions for shipping . They cannot read or understand instructions. It took 3 mailings to finally receive the memory foam cushion.
When it was sent out again it was shipped ground again and took 12 more days.

These Memory Foam Seat Cushions make a rather thinly padded task chair comfortable for much longer periods than the original padding alone. This chair is supposed to be a fairly high quality item, but it was shaped in such a way that it was uncomfortable over longer periods of use. One of these cushions makes a huge difference in the comfort level of the chair and I'm even sitting on one right now! Good product!

It is advertised as "Memory Foam" but it is simply ordinary "urethane foam" as the label on the product revealed. I was quite disappointed since there is a very significant difference between the two. I only weigh 150 lbs and after sitting on this cushion on my office chair for an hour or so, it is like sitting on nothing. The memory foam does not even have enough strength to hold me up - it just smooshes down to 1/2" thick and essentially leaves me on no cushion at all. I will say that it feels great when you first sit on it, but it is basically worthless after the foam compacts down (which happens very rapidly). I wish I had not bought it.
