I have loved this travel pillow; however, the way the headrest on our car is, it fits into the empty space between the seat and head rest and ends up providing very little comfort. I have to roll up a blanket in the hole and then it works ok. (no fault of the pillow.)
I also wish that it had a little velcro tab to keep it closed at my chin. I've thought about sewing one on, but haven't yet.
It is very comfortable and soft. I like the bag that it comes in because it is great for storing it while traveling to keep it clean.
