My ordered arrived quickly and undamaged. There was a description disparity with the 5 pack Miele bag advertised which only contained 4 bags. I contacted the seller, and Mr. Witbeck responded personally and quickly with his explanation and an apology. The seller offered to ship me the 5th bag, and the very next day a new box containing 4 more bags arrived. The seller went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that this seller earned the 5* rating in spite of the mistake. I would gladly do business with Witbecks again.Customer Review: Great Machine

for all you people wanting a canister vac, this is the one. light enough to carry up the stairs with enough suction to clean just about anything. we have concrete floors downstairs and berber carpet up. had to turn down the suction on the concrete. wife does lots of sewing upstairs where the carpet is and the little vac picks up all the loose cloth pieces with ease. for the reviewers that say the cord is short- they must want a big roll of wire cause this one is perfect. will buy another when this one wears out. great productCustomer Review: Love my Miele
