In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Milwaukee. Kit comes with two batteries, so you might want to buy a third if you don't like swapping batteries between devices if you're using all the tools at once.FYI: I got the kit when a promotion was in effect where you could get a jobsite radio, multibay charger or a silly knife for free. I went with the multibay charger as I tend to listen to my iPod when working. Buy quick and take advantage of that deal!
Both the drill and sawzall allow you to attach the battery in two ways. Look at the picture of the tools and you'll see the large part of the battery facing forwards. You can slide it on so the large part is facing backwards. This is not very important on the sawzall where the change in weight distribution doesn't do anything, but on the drill, attaching the battery "backwards" shifts the weight more evenly, so that the drill doesn't naturally aim nose-down. Cool stuff.
The only gripe I have with the purchase is so small and silly that you might as well ignore it - namely that the tools were covered lightly with dust from the cardboard packing material that the tools are surrounded by in the box. As I said, not a big issue, tools get dirty when you use them anyway. Something to keep in mind when you open the box. I opened it on my black couch. Oops.
Oh, the contractor bag is great too. It comes with a strap so your shoulders can support the weight of a full bag. A small feature, but important when you think about how much stuff you put in the bag.
Recommendation - Buy this kit, Milwaukee rules!
