Customer Review: Couldn't get it to retract all the way/broken after a few months

From the very first time I pulled out the line and strung it to the hook, it would not retract all the way. Also, I know this is to be expected, but even with three lightweight sweaters on the line, it still drooped terribly. I still have some more practice to get used to it, and I plan to keep it, but I didn't like the fact that the line would not retract.
Okay, so I logged in to edit this review because after a few months of use, I went out to hang my sheets and the whole thing snapped right in half!! Apparently its held together by a plastic snap-together brad in the middle and the thing just sheared right off. So now I have two 49-foot rolls of clothesline and no retraction assembly at all.
Pay a little more, get a better product. Lesson learned.
