I received this steamer last week.Cleaned my oven and fridge-the machine did a great job.Today I started to clean the bathroom,but when I plugged it in,steam started coming out from around the cap.I let it completely cool,carefully removed and replaced the cap,plugged it in and the same thing happened.When I removed the cap for the THIRD time,I noticed tiny pieces of metal coming off from around the hole that leads into the water tank and the pressure cap.Looks like the threads on the cap are stripped!WONDERFUL-I've tossed out all paper work.I've e-mailed the company-now we'll see if I've just thrown the perchase price for this darn thing down the toilet!
