Many of my friends try to manufacture these out of several old hoses splicing them together. I use this to leave my tank in one place and move my stove where ever I want it. This is a quality product at a fair price!Customer Review: Good Value--Doesn't require a filter

This hose costs more than the one without the regulator. However, it has several advantages that have been confirmed by Mr. Heater (I called them):
1) The regulator keeps the pressure coming from the tank into the hose at a very low level, which is safer.
2) You do NOT need to purchase a fuel filter with this hose. The regulator prevents oils from leaving the propane tank and entering your heater where it could do damage. Although you pay more for this hose up front, you don't have to buy fuel filters periodically, which are required with the other hose that doesn't have the regulator.

this hose works awesome with the Bug Buddy Heater!
Just hook it up to your BBQ propane tank and go. Big Buddy lasts about 45 hours on one BBQ tank using this hose!
One tip: you do not need to buy the filter that someone above recommends, it wont even fit and is not required. Oh and to the above reviewer: thanks for wasting my money on that filter!
