Customer Review: How excited can you really get over a mop?

Believe it or not, you can get pretty excited over this mop. Why? It makes the dreaded task of moping the floors so much easier. Say goodbye to that bucket full of dirty water with this mop! The Mystic Maid attaches easily to the mop pole via velcro and you just wet it under your sink and go! When it starts to get dirty, rinse it with water (you will actually see the dirt being removed from the microfiber on the mop), wring it out and go. No more spreading dirty water all around your house - it cleans up every time you rinse it! You can also spray a little floor cleaner on there to give your floors an extra clean and shine.

This replacement pad is for the best mop I've ever used. It's lightweight, has a low profile to allow mopping under furniture, wall mounted outlets, etc.. The mop pad attaches by a velcro-like material, rinses out easily and is machine washable. Having struggled with a wooden handled mop that didn't want to stay attached to the cleaning head and wouldn't fit under furniture, this mop and its pad actually had me telling people "You know how commercials have people (women, usually...) smiling as they wash floors, as if they're happy? Well, I would smile as I mop and it wouldn't be acting - the design really makes it easy, makes cleaning a floor much less of a chore."
The mop and pad were bought at a local shop - when I went back for a replacement pad, they'd discontinued selling them. The counter guy gave me the manufacturer (MysticMaid)when I told him I had to have a replacement, that this mop was the best blah blah blah.... And I found that Amazon has more than music and books for me.

I bought the handle, the Mystic Mop replacement pad and the Cloud Duster as a set. The Mystic Mop is pretty close to being magical in the way it cleans my floors - hardwood and tile. Mystic Mops are wonderful! The light weight aluminum handle is very sturdy as well as adjustable for height. Using any other mop makes my back ache, because I have to bend over. The Mystic Mop's long handle enables me to mop without bending -- no more sore back! And I have a longer reach when sweeping. The pads attach with Velcro and are machine washable. They are made of three lengths of fibers, so you can use the mop dry as a broom or dust broom and wet as a mop. It has a swivel head, so you can easily get it into small or awkward spaces. It does such a great job that you don't have to use soap. In addition, if you use a lot of water on the floor and then want to dry the floor, you can simply pull the wet pad off, throw a kitchen towel or rag onto the floor, place the mop onto the rag and dry the floor with it. When you're finished, everything goes into the washing machine. Or if you want to, you can just rinse the pad at the sink, squeeze it out and let it dry on its own. I recently took my Mystic Mop to my mother's house, and my sister-in-law used it. She liked it so much she ordered one for herself, along with an extra pad. I recently ordered two spare pads, so if they quit making this product I'll be able to replace my pads if they wear out. It's a great product!Customer Review: MysticMaid Mop

I am so pleased with the Mystic Mop. I use it for my hardwood floors, there is no need to use the cleaner that was recommended with my floors. I use it every day takes just 15 minutes to do my entire house, I use it in the bathrooms and kitchen as well. My floors always have a wonderful shine. I would recommend this to everyone with hardwood floors.
