This comes to update an earlier review in which I complained that the photo did not match the product and that I had trouble getting a return label. A young woman from the company called me and eagerly addressed my concerns. The photo is now correct. And I got my label and refund within a short matter of days.
The product is actually fine. Just not what I wanted. And the original customer service response was frustrating. But I really appreciated the quick turnaround once the right person heard my concerns. Things go wrong. How they are addressed makes all the difference. Kudos on the corrections!

Just to let everyone know... If it is convenience that you are looking for then but the 30-pack online and pay shipping. If you are looking for the best buy go to the store and buy the 20-pack (natural only) for less.Customer Review: Not a good value at this price

This is not a good value at the current price considering I just bought a 24 pak of equivalent wood Maple hangers at my local Target store for $14.49 + tax.
That said, wood hangers are way better than cheapy plastic ones so I recommend them.

I was going to buy these & then looked at the shipping charge. Ouch! If you want hangers online with a reasonable shipping charge, just google "clothes hangers" & you will get plenty.
It's too bad, because these hangers are a really good buy, until you look at shipping.

The best thing about these hangers are that they don't have those annoying splinters on the underside, so when you try to rest clothes on the horizontal bar the splinters catch your clothes, snag, and ruin the material. The finish is of good quality. They are also quite compact, relatively speaking, because wooden hangers do take up a lot more space than, say, plastic hangers. Great for coats, to delicate knitwear, dresses ... everything.
I am thinking of buying another set because we don't seem to have enough of these!
Beats Ikea hangers, hands down.
