I love this plank! I have had one from Alaska for the past ten years and was ready for a new one. I had difficulty finding a new one to buy for many years, so I was happy to find it online to purchase. This cedar plank adds flavor to many different kinds of foods including sea foods, beef, pork and vegetables. My favorite is using it with salmon. It keeps foods moist when roasting and is easy to clean. It makes a great gift too.
