Due to the fact the Clamp is plastic it tends to become/get out of shape easily. If you're going to use these on a thin to medium material you'll probably get longer life out of these hangers, however should you use them for a Trouser of thicker material, the plastic will stretch and changes the ability of the Hanger to keep you Trousers. While they're good-lookin' Hangers and do fairly well for my thinner Trousers, I am now looking for a Trouser Hanger that has a metal Clamp with rubber and/or felt Liners.
