Like someone mentioned, if the roll of paper towel is too big, it won't snap back correctly. I put a brand new roll in it and apparently it is too big. Soooo....i have to make the paper towel a smaller roll in order to use this towel holder? I don't think so. I am returning it. ( I bought my paper towel from Sam's in bulk, maybe it is bigger size? ) Also, the brushed stainless steel easily catch finger print and i hated it.
