Tools and Hardware Reviews of OXO SteeL Soap Squirting Palm BrushCustomer Review: Palm Brush Summary: 4 Stars
My only complaint is I had the cheaper version of this with the non replaceable bristles, and it let out just the right amount of soap. THIS one releases a whole glob of soap and the bristles are longer, however I still like the product and would reccomend it. I have had no problems with it leaking
Customer Review: Perfect Size & Function! Summary: 4 Stars
What more could you ask for in a little brush? It is the perfect size for the kitchen (and bath). OXO has made another quality product.
Customer Review: Stylish Helper Summary: 4 Stars
I admit I bought this because it matches my kitchen. I knew that with OXO, I had a 90% chance of loving the product. It is wonderful. Easy to use and works fine. I do not fill it with soap, so I can't speak to if it leakes or not. I will probablly never fill it with soap because I like taking the brush head off and putting it in the dishwasher. I give it four instead of five stars because the bristles are a tad too soft.
You can also use the sponge replacement heads with the handle.
Customer Review: The Little Brush That Could Summary: 5 Stars
This little do-dad cleans everything you throw at it....and it makes it easier. It's tuff and doesn't leak. I don't know how I lived without it! Dare I say that I actually don't mind standing at my sink and washing a few pots and pans with my Squirting Palm Brush??? Yes, I think so.
Customer Review: Well designed brush Summary: 5 Stars
I've used a couple different brushes similar to this one and all of them were slightly flawed in one of the following ways:
1) Dispenser slowly leaked soap through the hole at the bottom
2) Dispenser worked great but didn't have interchangeable brush heads, therefore requiring the whole thing to be tossed out after awhile
3) Dispenser needed to be kept almost completely full at all times for the soap to come out when you pressed the rubber button
This dispenser takes care of 1 and 2, and partially takes care of number 3. I've been using this in my kitchen for quite awhile now and it has never leaked. The brush heads are a bit soft and smash and wear out slightly faster than normal, but they are replaceable! You do have to keep it about 1/3 full for there to be enough pressure to get the soap to squeeze out, however this is an improvement over any I've used before. One trick you can use is to thin the soap out with a bit of water and then it will work all the way down to almost empty, not that it's a big hassle.
The only thing that would be nice is if stiffer brush heads were available. Overall, it's a wonderful product and I'd recommend it to anyone.
