I have purchased several timers in the past, this is by far the best one I've had. I love the convenience of being able to bring the timer portion inside to program without having to take off the whole unit from the faucet. It is simple to program, some I've had in the past I've had major problems figuring out, this is very sensible and easy to program. It is a great timer, I don't think anyone would be disappointed purchasing this one. An added benefit, it was cheaper than any I found in the local stores.Customer Review: Can't hold up to Florida

This is the second Orbit product I am reviewing, and while it lasted longer than the first one, neither of the two could handle the downpours of Florida. I actually had to take this one apart and use a hot air blower to get the water out of the supposedly waterproof timer device. I will never purchase another Orbit garden timer for as long as I live in Florida.Customer Review: Did not last

I have used 4or 5 different timers and none of them last more than 2 seasons,,,My next purchase is the Orbit 91213....looks nice,,we will see.

I programmed it as instructed. Then, I used the "manual" which allowed it to water. When I tried to go back to auto mode the unit could not turn off. I even reset and reprogrammed the thing. No matter what I tried from that point on it was on all the time. I sent it back.
