This is great. I put all my biodegradable scraps in a black trash back, sprinkle a scoop of activator on top, mix and pour a cup of water over it. I close the bag with a knot and come back a month later for perfect compost. It's hot in the southwest, so it bakes it, which also sterilized it. It also works in cold weather very well. It might take an additional month, though. I highly recommend this.
