Should have read the reviews here before ordering mine. I have wine glasses with a 3" base. Pretty standard size, so I assumed this would hold them. Unfortunately for me, the openings are only about 2.75" wide. Seems very silly. Had I been able to fit my glasses in, this seems like a pretty sturdy rack. As it is, the lack of precise product info means I have to deal with sending in a return.Customer Review: Good product

to make the opening wide enough to fit stemware with a base diameter of 3"? I mean really my balloon glasses don't fit because the base is too wide by .4 inches. So although it appears well made it was not well thought, thus 1 BIG FAT *! On the bright side? Now I know the diameter of my balloon glasses!Customer Review: Not what I expected

Bulkier than expected. I agree with other reviewers who say that this is not a rack for large wine glasses or for glasses with bases over 3", as most of my wine glasses are.
