After reading all the wonderful reviews, I thought I would give the pillow a try. I've tried several types of pillows and never found one that I was very happy with. The search has ended. This pillow is unbelievable. The support is amazing, no matter what position I'm in. It greatly reduces my tossing and turning. I do not get headaches and neck pain as I did with other pillows. Like what other reviewers have said, I'll never go back to other types of pillows! If you are considering buying one, don't let the comments about the noise bother you. It makes very little noise. Some reviewers ordered the bigger size but I found the standard size to be just fine. I highly recommend this pillow!Customer Review: Awesome! Hard to find product!

These pillows are amazing!
Great for neck, back or leg pain!
Also great for headaches, migraines, or overheating, because it can be put in the fridge/freezer for a cold pack.
Use while sleeping or laying flat, and also while watching tv, working on the computer or even driving!
Puts those new memory foam pillows to shame.

I first purchased one of these over 10 years ago hoping it would help a chronic sore neck. I tried it a couple of times but could not get used to the hardness and the noise. I gave up and stored it away until a few years ago. I tried many types of pillows and was waking up every morning with a stiff neck and headache. Once again I tried the buckwheat pillow and used it every night. I no longer hear the noise and my neck feels great! I take it with me always when I travel and have never sleep on a regular pillow again!Customer Review: Better than I expected after opening

When I got this pillow, it was not as soft (to feel) as I was expecting and with course beads. However, once it shapes to your head, it's very comfortable. I'd recommend it to most anyone. I've not tried it for anything other than sleeping.
