I ordered two different kinds of Buckwheat pillows. One as a gift for my son and this Sobakawa. I was unsure at first about the sobakawa pillow because of the inexpensive price. I thought I would get what I paid for... BUT>> I was totally shocked. I love the sobakawa over the more expensive one I bought as a gift. I ended up sending the sobakawa as the gift. I had no more neck pain and ever better my hands did not fall asleep during the night. I ordering another one for another gift and myself.

I had one ten years ago and got rid of it, thinking it had gotten "old". I missed it so much and had a hard time supporting my neck with any other pillow. It is amazing. My sister borrowed it when she came to visit and loved it so much that I got her one as well. It crunches when you get it positioned but once you are settled, it is settled, too. I woke up for a year or two with pulled muscles in my neck and back. This pillow never does that to me. I love it!

I love my pillow so much that my wife wanted one. The only problem with the new one is that there is a bit of a break-in period...at first, it feels as if you are sleeping on puffed wheat. the kernels need to be broken down a bit. After a month, this pillow is perfect. The best part of these pillows is how cool they remain. They need to make pillow cases to fit, though.

I tried to get used to this pillow because I wanted to give it the benefit of a doubt, but I hate it. It is very hard and very uncomfortable. It is also too small. I should have took the measurements before I ordered it but I assumed it was a standard size pillow. Now I'm stuck with this $26 pillow that I will never use. I read such good reviews about them too, I really don't see how anyone could like these.
