I liked this pillow at first because it's firm and small enough to give me good neck support, but it's kind of flattened out and so i need to puff it up before i sleep on it to give me good support again. By morning though, it flattens out again.Customer Review: Great Item!

Great pillow if you have...sore neck and back issues, night sweats, or toss and turn all night because your pillow is not just right.
My daughter "borrowed" mine because of a sore neck and refused to give it back after just one night! Had to buy a second one. Only draw back is you have to make a pillow case to fit it if you are picky. If not, just double up a standard case and it will work just fine.

I've had these for over 13 years now and cannot sleep on anything else. It took a little time to get used to the crunchiness, but after that it has been nothing but perfect sleep. The support it offers is always perfect and it does stay nice and cool. My only complaint would be the small size of the "standard" pillow. It is only half the size of a normal pillow. Don't try to wash them though as they will turn a disgusting brown color and fall apart. Going to order more in the larger size now that I have found them again. I was almost ready to order that "cloud pillow," but read a ton of bad reviews on it. I'll stick with these.
