I happened upon this pillow by accident years ago. Now I no longer have to punch and repunch to get comfortable. I get neck pain when I have to sleep on a hotel pillow, so I am buying another to keep for travel, and another for my son to take away to college.Customer Review: My neck pain is gone

I initally purchased the pillow because of the
claim "it says cool"..... Well if you put it in the
freezer.. (so not exactly what I had in mind)
But I ended up loving it because my neck pain
is gone! Also (bonus) my hair looks pretty good
in the morning instead of the wild doo from tossing
& turning all night. Bottom line - I highly recommend!

The first time I read about buckwheat pillows I got the impression that they are the kind of healthy thing that you have to make yourself use. Yes, the pillows give good support, but they sounded uncomfortable and good-for-you in the most depressing way--like grass milkshakes.
Then, this summer, while on vacation, I tried one for the first time. Wow. The pillow made the whole bed feel more comfortable. I could not believe it. I ordered this pillow and found that it was just as great as the one I used on vacation. I sleep much better. The pillow molds to your head but gives your neck support. Highly recommended!

I love the Sobakawa pillows but this one was said to be standard size and it is about half the size of a standard pillow. I still like it but wish it had been bigger.
