Customer Review: Beware -- doesn't fit all doors (and they won't let you return it!)

I wanted this product for my tiny, closet-starved apartment so I'd have a place to hang my winter coats.
I read and re-read the product page to make sure it'd work for my closet door. The page says nothing about the valet only working on doors of certain widths, so to me that meant it could work on a variety of doors.
Well, it can't.
And the MOST OFFENSIVE PART was that when I sent organize.com an email, saying I needed to return the item, and that I would like my shipping reimbursed since it's not my fault that the item wouldn't work, I got an email back saying I'd have to pay my own shipping and not get reimbursed for delivery shipping -- because the onus was on me to inquire via email as to whether the valet only worked for certain door sizes.
I was the one at fault for their lack of helpful information, see, and I should have known better.
