I love how this broom and dustpan set does not leave bits on the floor and underneath the pan after sweeping! It really gets everything. I love the ergonomic handles and it's compact enough to set aside in one corner. It is not bulky and I love the silver/grey color. The quality is excellent! This replaced an old set that broke down easily and I had to throw it out. I wish I found this sooner.Customer Review: Great Quality, Easy to use!

The Oxo Good Grips Upright Broom and Dustpan set is just simply great quality. The ease of use is perfect for my 90 yr old mother. The pan with rubber lip sits tight to the floor so you can sweep right in rather than under like many other dust pans. The broom stores inside the pan when flipped up and this makes hanging it from the wall easy. Highly recommended!Customer Review: Great but smaller than anticipated

I purchased this set over a year ago and in that time have only developed one complaint that others have also mentioned:
-They are a bit shorter than I anticipated.
I suppose I should have read the measurement size and given some thought to how comfortable they would be to use (I am 5'11") but I wrongly assumed they would be "normal" broom height. They are not. An additional 6" of handle length would have made all the difference in the world for me as using them for any extended period of time causes my back to ache. Mostly I use it to clean our upstairs loft (the spiral staircase makes it a pain to bring things up or down so I purchased these to leave up there) and I ended up buying a second, longer broom to use with the dustpan. I only docked it one star as it is partially my fault for not taking the time to ensure I knew what I was purchasing.
If you are of a shorter stature then these will probably fit the bill nicely. I have had no other issues with them and they seem to be typical Oxo build quality (ie. nice and reliable). The bristles are soft and effective and the dust pan does a good job of helping collect all the dust in one or two attempts.

This broom & dustpan set is great for an apartment with limited space (or a dorm room, I'd think). I like that the dustpan doesn't leave a dust line. My only complaint is that the broom handle is so short that I have to bend over to use it - I'm 6'4", so that may not be an issue for most folks.
