I thought I would wait to rate this product until I used it for a little while. I purchased this in June and loved it immediately. The shower stream was strong and I really liked the different massage options. But within the 2nd or 3rd use, the rubber cap that is over the button that is used to change the massage settings on the shower head popped off. I managed to put it back on but it kept coming out of the opening. Then about a month or so later, the diverter within the hand-held unit began to fail and water started to come out of all of the shower nozzles instead of just the just the nozzles for the particular setting you might want. Now the button does not work at all and I can't switch between massage settings.
I am throwing this piece of junk in the trash and looking into ordering a Kohler or Moen brand showerhead. My recommendation to anyone looking to purchase this item is to look at another brand and do not waste your money on this item. There is nothing more frustrating in the morning than having to deal with a showerhead that is a total failure. Oh, well, it DOES let water out of all the nozzles so I can get my shower but there is no strong pressure like there was on day one.
One other thing, I don't write reviews very often here because I am usually so happy with my purchase that it integrates into my life and I forget about it. This item has been the cause of so much frustration (the little rubber cup over the button always falling off and the nozzles leaking and now lack of water pressure) that I just felt I had to warn others about this item.
I did not call customer service nor did I bother to report these problems to the company. The reason is that I see I am not the first person to report most of these problems in a review here so it's not like this is a fluke. The company should have thoroughly tested their product prior to putting it on the market. Since they obviously did NOT do so, I have no faith in this company and will be steering clear of all Oxygenics products in the future.
