I am totally baffled by all the negative reviews of this item. I've had it now for over six months and I have encountered NONE of the problems some other reviewers describe in their grumbling critiques. In fact, this great device has been working like a charm. Perhaps all the problems might have been created by a faulty installation: this is the only conclusion I can derive by reading all this undeserved grousing. To reiterate, I, for one, am completely satisfied!
