Bought this at Sears Parts. It did not filter at all as the filtered water had a strange chemical taste. I suspect this new Sears filter was a used filter. It is also overpriced for even a new filter. Do not buy this Sears Kenmore filter. You can the equivalent elsewhere.Customer Review: Cheaper then other stores and works great

This product was extremely easy to install in our fridge and did not have any shipping damage. We were able to save a couple bucks by shopping on amazon, since this purchase was cheaper than most big hardware stores. Works great and gives us clean water to drink.
