I've been buying these cedar grilling planks from Pacific Northwest Fine Wood Products for a number of years now. I used to call them directly and purchase a half dozen packages of 6 so I'd have plenty on hand for summer grilling. They're a great company and these are the only cedar planks I'll use when I cook salmon. Any others I've found are either way too big for the grill or so thin that they can't stand up to the high heat for the length of time it takes to cook the salmon. It's nice to see them here, I'm sure they'll sell many more now.
