I like this clothes line. It was clean, not greasy like some reviews I had read on some clotheslines had indicated. It arrived a day or two earlier than indicated when I ordered it. The line itself had to be tightened up, but it was easy to do in a short period of time. I like hanging our laundry outside. It smells good and saves a lot of money. My only wish would be that the actual line was made of something that doesn't stretch out when you hang your laundry on it. I know I will have to tighten it up again eventually. Our installation was easy since we were replacing a clothesline that was damaged by a tree branch during a storm. All my husband had to do was use the same base post that he had installed a few years ago. It was a perfect fit.
