Update 6/30/10 SHOULD HAVE BEEN . . .
I received a comment that said "Another failure to follow the directions. You've got the wrong end of the hose attached to the spray head. This prevents the spray head from fitting into the holder on the main body."
I was not sure if there's a direction to which end goes to what, anyway, I tried to reversed it and it works. I'm editing my review to show I meant to give it a four stars. Since I can only have one review at a time, here's a new edited version.
Original Review
I bought two of this Peerless 76410 model. My biggest disappointment is in the handheld showerhead that won't hold still.
Positive:
1. No leaks for me - that's an Do-It-Yourself-er issue.
2. The material is acceptable for the price paid. Similar to any white hose on a hand held only shower-head, rubberize vs simulated chrome plastic (this one came with) and it works just fine.
3. The hose is same length of my previous hand held (shower-head only) it replaced. It's hard to keep it out of the way if you have like soap, shampoo, etc hanging below.
4. Issue about the cheap plastic connector that cracked as reported. It's DIY'er issue. Only use an adjustable wrench to connect to the main water pipe but take it easy, you are stronger than you might think, which cause the breakage and leakage and Hand tighten the other connectors.
5. Water pressure on the fixed shower head as reported weak. Initially, I thought it was an issue but when I adjusted the head by turning the face, the pressure is as strong as my previous shower-head.
6. Everything works wonderful and the design idea would have been perfect except the hose being nuisance.

Updated June '10: The stationary part of this showerhead is busted. It's spraying straight up out of a weird location, and out of the shower so that it turns the entire bathroom into a wet mess. We can only use it on the setting that sprays out of the removable head attached to the hose. It looked like it might just need a new washer, but it turns out it's spraying out of a weird hole in the shower head, and it's nothing we can fix. I'm so sorry I picked this shower head.

My boyfriend years ago said how much he loved having the shower head combo, with one that is removable. So we got him one for Christmas. I was excited about it being I've never had anything like it before, but it fell short of my personal expectations. He likes it(supposedly!).
Our last shower head I bought at the Christmas Tree Shop(a new england discount store) with low expectations. It was 8 dollars, and was actually awesome! It was easy to adjust with fantastic pressure. After years of use though, It was starting to spray in weird directions and I knew it was time for an upgrade. Compared with that one, this shower head's pressure is sub par, even when only running one of the shower heads by itself. Also, now we can't have our shower hanging basket hanging off the shower head because of it's curve. It's fine for now and we'll keep it...but I thought it was worth a review.

We needed a handheld sprayer for our shower both for clean rinsing the body as well as being able to rinse the shower stall down after cleaning, but we liked the idea of a dual spray. It was super easy to install. I do have two small complaints--both having to do with grip. First, the handheld head is so smooth it is hard to hold on to in a given grip with slippery hands. You kind of need to brace the head with a finger or two rather than just holding the handle. Second, turning the head to adjust from full spray to massage spray is also very difficult with wet hands, as there is hardly any texture and it turns rather stiffly. Perhaps in time it will turn easier. All in all, we really like the flexibility and for the price you can't really go wrong.Customer Review: Love this item!

I seldom am as satisfied with a purchase as I am with this shower head. It may be because of our particular situation with me being short, 5'2" and my significant other being 8 1/2 inches taller. The shower head height simply didn't work for both of us.
The new Peerless combo is just what we needed. I love that it can be either or both and feel like I completely got the soap out from under my arms for the first time in years. The price is great and installation was easy. All in all a great product and one very happy consumer.

I bought this shower head for my husband for Christmas and honestly I love it as well. It is an inexpensive compromise if you are looking for a multi-shower head but can't afford a huge remodel. It is also wonderful if you just want rain cascading down on you. An unexpected advantage was that my husband is tall and I am short, so he really likes that the detachable sprayer is about six inches taller than the standard shower head.
