THIS ITEM I PURCHASED ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A MONTH AS STATED BUT AFTER THAT YOU CAN'T COUNT ON IT WORKING PROPERLY AS WHEN YOU USE JUST ONE HAND TO RIP OFF A SINGLE SHEET IT DOESN'T STOP AND SO YOU'LL NEED TWO HANDS TO ONE TO PULL THE PAPER AND ONE TO STOP IT OTHERWISE YOU WILL END UP TAKING OFF THE WHOLE ROLL. IT WAS WONDERFUL WHILE IT LASTED BUT NOW IT'S NO DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER TOWEL HOLDER...Customer Review: GREAT

This replaced our old plastic holder.
It is a very attractive way to display a necessary item in the kitchen or bathroom.
The towels come off very easily wheter it a single or multiple tear.

Looks nice, works great. Heavy duty chrome, not cheapo metal.

I bought this product due to all the other high reviews. This product works exactly as designed, makes each roll last longer because people are more conscious of how many sheets they are using. Definitely worth the money, especially since it is one of the cheapest (non-plastic) wall mounted paper towel holders on Amazon.
