Good price. Mounts well. Ratcheting system really works well so you control how much paper towel actually comes unrolled. But the noise is significant considering that other non-ratcheting products are practically silent. Not much to add except that I also thought it was great until it broke after a couple of months. There are other manufacturers with similar products, so I'd recommend shopping around for one of those instead.

Probably the better of all the paper towel holders I have ever used. It looks good (even after one of MY installations) and I get the right amount of paper towels I want each time with this "clicking" mechanism it has. I never get more than I wanted which was one thing that used to irk me about previous paper towel holders I have used. 2 thumbs up!Customer Review: Elegant and functional

Hold the cardboard tube, not the towels, as you press a roll onto the spindle or the towels will "telescope." No yanking off 20 towels by accident and true one-handed operation. Solid construction and unobtrusive footprint. Great product!
