I orderd the Petzl EO2 Pe+Lite Emergency Headlamp from BP Medical Supplies on Amazon.com. What I received was the Petzl Tactikka Plus Headlamp. This was not the headlamp I ordered. I do not want this headlamp. When I went to return the item Amazon has the nerve to state they do not know the return policy of this company. I must contact the company directly. What a rip off!!!!! Amazon should stand behind what they sell on their web site. I am very angry. I Will Not Order from Amazon.com again!!!!!!Customer Review: Small and powerfull

I purchased this for some night work I was doing and usaully kept it clipped to the brim of my hat. It worked very well and is very small. Now I keep it in the glove box just in case. I would definitely recommend this little light and every one should have one tucked away somewhere.Customer Review: So good that I bought another!

This product is absolutely amazing for it's intended purpose (and for some of it's non-intended purposes as well)! I originally bought this specifically for use in my home emergency kit. Of course I had to test it when I got it and was so pleased with my purchase that I bought another to carry around everyday in my backpack utility kit.
Pros:
1. Small and light.
2. While your mileage may vary, I like the manual, locking switch.
3. The included dustcover keeps everything tidy.
4. Versatile with the included headband, clip, and ball-joint swivel (although I would like to see the movement on the swivel to be a bit sturdier and firmer).
5. Emergency modes (strobe available) and attached signaling whistle - although I have, fortunately, not had to use the emergency signaling functions.
6. Waterproof to 1m - I've already strutted around in the pouring rain with no adverse affects to this light.
7. Small lithium batteries with long shelf life.
This has already served it's purpose for me in numerous power outages both at home and in the office. I have not been able to verify the range of operating conditions as I live in the tropics, but this has held up to many days of being left in the trunk of a car in the hot sun and pouring rain/humidity.
Note that the red light mode is a little dim unless you're in almost complete darkness and the beam (even on high) doesn't pierce the night very far away. However, this is an EMERGENCY light and it serves it's purpose well.
It also lets me read in the dark without disturbing the significant other, and gives me a very good hands-free options when doing various other things in close-quarter, low-light conditions when clipped to the brim of a cap or secured with the headstrap.

Super light, Small size, Very bright at the first 30 minutes. I did not buy this model though. I got the newer model: Petzl E02 P2 e+LITE Headlamp with Integrated Whistle. The whistle has been really handy for me to communicate with my friends in the no cell zones.
