I have the Petzl E49P TacTikka Plus 4-LED Headlamp, Black and this case fits it perfectly with some extra space to spare for extra set of batteries if you need them. The material is a dense foam that isn't super hard, but will be more than enough to protect your lamp from wear and tear from being inside your backpack/bag/etc. A little on the pricey side for a small case, but I didn't see any other alternatives and it's still a cool product.Customer Review: Future worries

Don't get me wrong, this item is awesome, spacious, and durable...kind of. It offers excellent protections and even a spot for your extra batteries. What worries me and made me give this 4 stars is the zipper. One customer mentioned salt water and on top of that, the hook that holds the zipper on had a pretty big gap, meaning that over time, the hook could just break off or get bent to the point where the zipper would fall off. Overall, great item and well received, but a more 'everlasting' zipper would have been nicer. I will just have to baby the zipper I guess.Customer Review: Great protection

Works great. I throw my $50 Petzl around while inside not afraid of damaging it. Haven't test its water resistance, but I'm willing to bet it the case would have to be submerged continuously for a few seconds before much water would get in. Has a nice little mesh battery holder for my 3 extra batteries.
These lights are durable as it is, but if you pay for a high quality lamp, you want it to last. I just throw it in the case, then into my tool box now.

Handy little pouch to protect your headlamp. If you are like me, and have to get a case for each of your many gadgets, then you'll need to get one of these.
