Customer Review: Got Rid Of My Pigeon Problem.

I had a BIG Pigeon Problem. I live on the 20th floor of a condo building. I moved to this condo thinking that all my problems would be over. I moved away from a single family house in an ok working class neighborhood. Unfortunately I am getting older and the brat children that visit the neighborhood were getting on my last nerve. Anyways I could afford to move to a better upscale condo in a far better part of the county so I finally sold my house and moved on up.
Anyways now I live 20 floors up I have a nice balcony with a veiw of Baltimore City in the distance that melts the heart. I figured I hadn't a care in the world safe and secure up here. Till one night shortly after I moved in. That horrid bronchial racket only pigeons make is loud enough to wake me from a sound sleep. I go out and find pigeons roosting on the light fixture on my balcony and their crap is everywhere. I buy these Pigeon Spikes and some 14 guage aluminium wire. I buyy these all metal pigeon spikes no disrespect but the plastic pigeon spikes did not work for my application. My balcony light is a curved round thing with a small apex at the top just big enough to make a fat pigeon a comfortable place to coo out of the elements. Boy did these pigeons wear out their welcome in a hurry hardly a day went by when 8 pigeons did not visit each leaving their unhealthy smelly disease ridden calling cards.
Well these metal spikes are attached to a metal ban that has holes in it. You run the aluminium wire through the holes wrap the spike strip around the outer housing of the light. Twist off the aluminium wire at the base of the twist. Adjust the all the spikes so they are in the most effective position to prick a pigeons aft end as he tries to land and your done. Since I added the pigeon spikes to my light I rarely see a pigeon or their nasty fecal winged rat calling cards. If you place these pigeon spikes correctly and securely you won't have a pigeon problem any more. Whats best is the condo association can't see the spikes from any of their vantage points so it does not take away from the beauty of our most awesome building. So these pigeons spikes work. No pigeons and I don't run a fowl of the condo association thats a joke there peopleZ so yuck it up!
