I bought three sets of these towels, in different colors. While there were no glaring flaws, right out of the bag there were a number (perhaps 2-5) of longer "mis-weaves" or "thread tails" on most of them. I fear that if I were to cut these shaggy bits off, it could affect the overall wear of the towels, but to leave them on looks untidy. If I were to buy towels in a store, I could go through the stack and pick out ones which had few or no flaws, and if you're picky like me you might well wish to do that rather than buy these towels. Otherwise, they seem to be fine, although they do shed a great deal of lint in the dryer everytime I wash them-- but that may be normal for this type of towel?Customer Review: Nice Towels

These towels are not as thick as others I have purchased but on the plus side they are a generous size and have a very nice color blue. We don't really use hand towels and would have preferred a third towel to complete the set. This would make a great gift for a new apartment.Customer Review: Nice quality

I just opened these and they really feel great. They are a gift for my son at Christmas. I haven't washed them, but with 800 thread count I expect them to wash well. Really a bargain for just $30...a savings of almost $100.Customer Review: Nice towel set..Good quality!

The towels are lovely! My only complaint is that the color is a little different from what Ithought it would be. Nevertheless, I'm quite pleased with the quality of this product.
