We have multiple very high quality 6.0 oz flannel sheets. I thought I would try some fleece sheets as we both have fleece bathrobes that are our winter "uniform" around the house.
The sheets came in a timely fashion and we put them on the bed, The were so incredibly light yet warm; quite a difference from flannel. I figure they will work well in the spring at our Whidbey Is home but will not work well in our warm Dallas climate.

I was a little disappointed when I opened the package. The sheets seemed very thin and polyester-ish, but I decided to wash them and give them a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised. They are very soft and comfortable to sleep in, not to mention warm. Especially for the price (I got them during a Friday sale), they are totally worth it. Does everybody put the sheets on their bed with the print side next to the blanket? If the sheets are put on the way sheets should be put on they are fine. The print of the sheet should always be touching. Don't you want to open your bedding and see the print on both sheets? The only way to do this is to put the prints together. The same goes for these sheets. Put the fleecy sides together and you get into the warmest, inviting bed you can imagine. Why would anyone put the top sheet with the print on the up-side of the bed, so the blanket can see it? Think about it.
