I have been struggling to find a comfortable pillow.. having bought unknown numbers of them that I have tried and threw out.. It has been really bad over the past month with waking with pain in shoulder, neck etc. I feel like Goldilocks trying out pillowS
.. with pillow to hard or pillow too soft... Or... PILLOW JUST RIGHT...
well I finally resorted to searching the internet and stumbled upon this pillow. Well it arrived and I tried to put it into the accompaning pillow case.. NO way... tooo tight and made the pillow way too firm.
Well pulled it out of the case and into a regular pillowcase... and VIOLA.. a perfectly manageable pillow..
Night #1 to bed at 10.. woke up at 7:30AM... HURRAY.. no pain in shoulder or neck...
Night #2 to bed at 10 woke at 7 AM... HURRAY .... no pain ....
FINALLY..I think I have found ' THE ONE'

I am now in the process of ordering my third microbead pillow in approx. 3 years (maybe a little less). I sleep with it without the cover (definitely makes the pillow too firm), and I have NEVER had an issue with the smell or at least that is something that never bothered me. Before I started using this pillow 3 years ago, I had severe neck and back pain every morning. After having my neck "adjusted" by several DIFFERENT chiropractors (I kept thinking one would be better than the next), the pain still was there. I tried many different methods of relief but the only thing that worked for me was this pillow. I make sure I take it with me EVERY TIME I travel. I depend on it so much that I had accidentally left it behind at an airport hotel that I had stayed at before leaving for vacation and they were kind enough to ship it out to me where I was staying in Aruba!!! That is how much I have come to depend on it. HOWEVER, the only reason I did not give it 6 stars was because the pillow defintely starts to lose its firmness after about 6-8 months, and after that it doesn't work anymore. I always know when it is time for a new one because after that period you can feel the pillow become very flimsy and no matter now much you try and adjust it, the firmness never comes back. So, if you are experiencing neck or back pain in the morning, definitely order one of these pillows. They really work! Unfortunately though, don't expect it to be your last. Ok so what Tony Little doesn't tell you about this product is the 80million beads inside this pillow are actually eggs. He tells you if you don't like it after the first night you can send it back because on the second night, the eggs hatch. I woke up to a bunch of crunching underneath my head and next thing I knew 80million spider-like creatures were climbing into every oraphis of my body. At first I was panicked and although it was extremely painful, it was well worth it. They all crawled under my skin and into my arms, forming biceps much like Tony Little's (I believe this is how he gained his) and now I have hulk like strength! I was really looking forward to this pillow, I have heard good things from my friends about them. First night was a bit odd, the pillow is very firm and takes some getting used to. I could also feel little beads under the cover, between the pillow and the cover. During the second night I could feel there were more little beads under the pillow case. I looked to see what was going on in the middle of the night, the pillow was leaking beads at an end seam. This is like a bean bag leak but the beads very small. So, after two nights this thing goes back and I clean up the beads. I am disappointed as the pillow itself felt good, but this is a mess. I am opting for a refund of the product and shipping. I don't think I want to roll the dice on a replacement, I'll find something else.Customer Review: A Pain in the Neck!

I bought this pillow hoping it would help my stiff neck and shoulders. Wrong! It is the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever tried--hard as a rock, stuffed with way too many beads. I don't return many items to Amazon, but this is definitely going back!
