Customer Review: Filling keeps falling out!

This pillow is really comfortable. I have had it for about two months, and I really like the supportive feel.
But... BEWARE! The microbead filling keeps falling out through the pillow seams. The little beads are so small that they are seeping through the holes where the pillow is stitched together and they are all over everything! I have repaired two holes in the seams already trying to keep the little buggers contained in the pillow, but it's no use. I am going to be forced to throw this pillow away. I'm tired of getting out the vacuum cleaner to pick up after my pillow every morning.

I could not get a good nights sleep due to very bad neck and shoulder problems. I tried foam, feather, buckwheat, you name it I bought it, and got no relief. I found this micro bead pillow and after using it just one night I did not wake with a stiff neck and headache. I recently took a trip and after the first night without the pillow, the stiff neck returned. At the end of the trip all I could think of was getting back home to get a good nights sleep. I wish this pillow came in a smaller size that I could pack while I travel. This pillow is simply the best.Customer Review: Finally, peace in the bedroom. Cure for the common snorer.

What a versatile and wonderful pillow. My husband is a horrid snorer and the king of serial killers when it comes to pillows. In trying to find a pillow to curb his snoring problems, we have tried every kind... polyfiber, memory foam, down, feather and gel. We have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows. He pushes, smashes and pounds pillows in his sleep trying to make them fit the way he wants. Most pillows don't last a month with him. No amount of fluffing can restore them to usuable pillows. It was by accident that we found micro-beads. It was in a small toss pillow, but when he used it, we slept better. So, I set out to find a full sized "bean bag" pillow. Leave it to Amazon.com to have it.
I bought 2 for my husband. We put one in the included pillow cover and left one out. The pillow cover provides little room of movement of the beads and makes for a very firm pillow, great for side sleepers. Without the pillow cover it makes for a very squishy pillow, great for back sleepers or a cuddle pillow.
We love these pillows. I say we because once my husband gets up to go to work, I steal his pillows. The neck roll is comfortable. His snoring is almost completely stopped. He sleeps better and I sleep better. I love it so much, I am here to buy myself a set.

Finally- the perfect pillow!
If you've been searching for a pillow that will firmly, effortlessly and consistently support your head and neck in any sleeping position and yet still feel like the most amazing traditional pillow you've always hoped to find- then this is the one for you!
For years, I've used the Sobakawa/buckwheat pillows. But, they're smaller and flatter. And, unless you could fold it into the exact right position each night, you'd risk waking up with a stiff neck.
With this particular Micro Bead Therapy Pillow, it's the perfect size in every direction and there's no "wrong way" to rest your head on it.
Also, too, with the super-soft velour pillowcase that comes with it, it doesn't slide around on the bed. And, contrary to what the other customers have said, I do feel the case is a perfect fit and meant to "contain" the pillow at exactly the right firmness.
I've spent hundreds of dollars and so many years searching for the perfect pillow that won't shift or bunch or be too soft or too firm.
I was searching for something that would give me the support of a buckwheat pillow, but be gentler to lay my head on- especially during a migraine. And, something I could just toss down and fall asleep on in an incredibly comfortable position every time--- and this is it!!!
My only wish is that you could buy additional pillowcases for it or have a color choice for the velour case.

This is a great pillow but it takes some getting used to. I was fearful that it might be mushy but it is just firm enough. If you use the case that comes with it, it will be positively hard. Save it for later, maybe years later.
When I sleep on it I will make a "nest" for my head prior to using it. That works just right. It does not give me the flattened ear syndrome the way the foam pillows do, esp. Temperpedic.
I definitely recommend this pillow.
