This is an amazing pillow. I used to have neck pain everyday, but since I have switched to this pillow my neck pain is gone. The one thing I was not happy about was the pillow case it came with. It is suppose to come with a spandex pillow case and the one I bought came with a different one that made the pillow as hard as a rock. So I have just used it with no pillow case. Another problem I have had is that the beads are coming out which I am pretty sure is due to not using a pillow case. So I would suggest if you are buying this pillow from amazon or ebay that you make sure it comes with the spandex pillow case like it is suppose to. After much searching for a pillow to support my aching neck (Buckwheat just wasn't doing it for me!), I thought I'd try the Micro Bead Therapy Pillow and I'm very glad I did. It takes a little getting used to but the great night's sleep I've been getting is worth it. If I feel I don't need as much support as the one rolled side gives, I turn the pillow around. The micro beads are baffled so there is some adjustablilty for comfort. Like another reviewer, I do not use the accompaning pillowcase as I find it makes the pillow a little too firm however a standard pillowcase fits it fine. I recommended it to a friend and she is now the proud owner of the Micro Bead pillow also.
I highly recommend this pillow for anyone who has any kind of neck problems or prior or impending neck surgery and is finding a good night's sleep elusive due to neck pain.

I have been sleeping with this pillow for about two weeks and I am very pleased with it. As other reviewers have recommended, if you buy this pillow you should not use the pillow case that it comes with as this restricts the ability of the beads to conform to your head and neck shape. This is a pillow for sleepers who need a supportive, conforming pillow but not one that is too soft and squishy. The pillow is quite firm when your head is resting on it. I find this pillow superior to my last memory foam pillow for both comfort and support. I bought this pillow because reviews said it was firm. I absolutely love tony little's pillows and this is very much like my old favorites only with a FIRMER like pillow. after awhile tony little pillows do not hold their shape as well and i like a pillow with more firmness. i still have my tony little pillows but would not trade this pillow. It is great, adjusts to your head and is so comfortable. You will be happy with purchasing this and by the way the beads DO NOT fall out. I really love the pillowcase since it is so soft, velour and cozy. Just remember this is a FIRM pillow with alot of support for your neck.
