Shipping was very prompt and packaging was superb. The item itself, although there is not much you can do to mess up a furniture dolly, the item I recieved was nice. It was put together well and the parts were all quality parts. I looked at making my own andthe casters alone will run you over $10 a whack, so this is a graet deal for a nice and solid furniture dolly. I haven't used the item yet, but it looks like a solid, good quality item. My only complaint was the packaging. It arrived in the box, majorly torn with the peanuts falling out. The item could have fallen out! It wasn't damaged though, so I didn't complain. It's a great item, highly recommend.Customer Review: Great Product
