Tool Review: Received damaged product...TWICE

The product itself is exactly what I was looking for.
HOWEVER, the first shipment had 3 of the 4 bins damaged on the same corner. I sent them back and had a new one returned promptly. The Second item arrived with 1 of the 4 bins damaged on the corner. Out of frustration, I did not call in another return, but this is very unfortunate.
They obviously need to find a better way to ship and/or do better quality control on the product before it leaves the warehouse.
