This Adapter is 3 times more expensive than the Fein however a significant difference is the large end is threaded to directly screw on to a bare hose. The Fein adapter is a multi stepped adapter which is pushed on to your normal hose end and allows connection to smaller or perhaps larger vacuum ports on tools.
For the money I prefer this adapter especally for tools on which the addition of an intermediate piece ends up making the hose connection unwieldy on the job. At the cost of labor per hour, I don't need to hinder the work to save $11 dollars on the purchase. (I purchased on of each to see what the difference is.)
