Customer Review: Maybe it's good... I'll never know

It arrived without a pull chain (expected given the other reviewer comments) but also without any mounting hardware or instructions. My guess is Amazon "regifted" it. I'm gifting it right back to them.
The poor rating is because of the incomplete shipment. The other comments are so this review is not too short and not too long. My aim is for between 75 and 300 words...
