I ordered this faucet on Amazon and the order was filled by a company named "Faucet Town USA". When I received it, it was not the same "oil-rubbed bronze" color as the other fixtures in my bathroom. It was more pewter in nature. I contacted Faucet Town USA to ask them for a refund and they advised me there would be a 20% restocking fee since I went through Amazon. I was disappointed but did not argue. I shipped the faucet back to Faucet Town USA and within a few days, I received a check...for the full amount of my purchase. "Elena" from Faucet Town USA included a note that thanked me for the purchase and that she was sorry it did not match. She went out of her way to provide superior customer service and I would gladly use Faucet Town USA for future purchases.
