This is a very convenient and economical way to test water. Living in a home with well and septic, I knew we had a water hardness problem but I didn't know to what extent. Not only did this test confirm that, but it gave me the range as well as allowing me to test for many other minerals as well. In addition, there are 2 sets of test strips per test for future use. The product is inexpensive and very easy to use. I would highly recommend using this kit.
