This instant hot water dispenser works well, was fairly simple to install, and the stainless steel dispenser should remain looking good for a long time. The only complaint I have is the plastic water line connectors they provide are pretty much worthless. You will want to get all brass fittings from your local hardware store. The other thing is the hot water exit hose (the one that carries the hot water from the tank to the dispenser faucet) kinks very easily and has to be trimmed to the exact length. Other than that, it seems to be a good quality appliance and will hopefully last a long time.
