Excellent product and well worth the money. Virtually identical to a more expensive model offered by another manufacturer. Fairly easy to install once you find the ceiling joists. Recommend NOT cutting the extra rope until you lower it to the ground the first time. It makes putting the bike back up a little challenging if the rope is too short! I bought 3 of these to qualify for the free shipping. I have installed one. I Mounted it to a 2X6 and hung it from the rafters of my shop. I use it to hoist my pontoon boat which weighs about 50lb. It easily hoists the boat. I would say it works as described and is a great buy at $10+ each. The screws are junk metal the phillyps head stripping out easly. To use the screws pre drill holes with 1/8" bit to ease entry, but if you think you may want to get them back out someday use better screws! The rope is adiquate for the job. Instructions say it will lift 100lb. I am happy with the product and am sure I will find use for the other two I now have.Customer Review: Bike Mounts

They work very well, just takes a bit longer to install than most wall mounts. Also have to have the anchor rope tie to a wall which means you need to be near a wall, not in the middle of the garage.Customer Review: Bike hanging rack

Took a little bite of time to understand how to install, required a trip to hardware store to purchase som e bolts and lumber, but once I understood direction and had the supplies it installed in about 45 minutes. Placed it against side wall of garage and it opens up floor space, is easy to use, and I will purchase another one.
