These were super easy to install. I bought two and they really clean up my garage! Fantastic. As promised here is the great tip:
Be sure to tie a knot in the end of the rope.
Several times before I tied the knot the rope went the whole way through the pulley and I had to fetch the ladder to re-thread the thing (annoying!) A simple square knot on the end is all that is needed to avoid some headache.

Sturdy, easy to install, easy to use. I would recommend ensuring your seat has some "lip" so that back hook has room to "catch" the bike. I bought 2 and set them up in a line on one side of my garage. They work great and I have used them all year. They are easy enough for my wife to use.
